David A. Heida

DAVID A. HEIDA, J.D., is licensed to practice law in Idaho before all state and federal courts. His practice emphasizes criminal law, water law and civil litigation.

Mr. Heida graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a B.A. in Political Science, and obtained his J.D. from the University of Idaho College Of Law. Prior to being an associate with Capitol Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Heida was an associate with Arkoosh Law Offices, Chartered. He also teaches courses in business law at Southern Idaho College.
