David G. Ballard

DAVID G. BALLARD, J.D., is licensed to practice law in Idaho and is admitted to practice before the Courts of Idaho, the United States District Court for the District of Idaho, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. His practice emphasizes debtor and creditor relations, collections, construction, real estate, business law and transportation (motor carriers, brokers, owner/operator). Mr. Ballard earned his B.A. degree from Boise State University, and obtained his J.D. from the University of Idaho College Of Law.

Prior to forming Capitol Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Ballard was a member of Bosch, Daw & Ballard, Chartered. He has lectured on 1031 Exchanges, been a presenter at Real Estate Practice Section seminars, and contributed articles to The Advocate. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar (Real Property Section past-Chairperson; and Bankruptcy); the Association for Transportation Law Professionals; and the Idaho Trucking Association.
