Jake A. Sweeten

Jake A. Sweeten, J.D. is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts of Idaho and Utah.  His areas of emphasis include business transactions, real estate and related finance, and corporate entities.  Mr. Sweeten obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law (2004) and Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Utah (1998).

Prior to joining Capitol Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Sweeten was House Counsel for DBSI, Inc., a national real estate investment company.  In Salt Lake City he practiced civil litigation and represented indigent parents in child welfare matters.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Sweeten worked for Wells Fargo Bank Northwest, N.A. in the corporate trust department.
