Randall S. Barnum

RANDALL S. BARNUM, J.D., is licensed to practice law in Idaho and is admitted to practice before the Courts of Idaho, the United States District Court for the District of Idaho, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. His practice emphasizes civil litigation, criminal and family law.

Mr. Barnum earned his A.B. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned his J.D. at Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon. Prior to becoming a partner with Capitol Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Barnum operated his law practice as a sole practitioner. Mr. Barnum is a member of Idaho’s Criminal Justice Act panel, providing federal criminal defense to indigent persons.
